Kill The Chatbot. Build-A-Coworker (Full Talk, M365 Community Day)
Webinar
Most teams are using AI like Google with a better interface. Type a prompt, copy the answer, paste it somewhere, repeat.
That's not where the leverage is.
This is the full 60-minute version of "Kill the Chatbot. Build-A-Coworker," delivered live at Microsoft 365 Community Day in St. Louis on May 1, 2026.
I'm Craig Brandt, Director of Business Development at ArchitectNow. I'm a salesperson by trade, not an engineer. About a year ago I got tired of doing my job by hand, so I started giving AI complete jobs instead of single questions. Today I run a team of AI coworkers that handle my morning plan, my account research, my CRM hygiene, my marketing calendar, and my paid-ads tracking. None of them have a desk. All of them have a job description.
In this talk I walk through:
The BUILD pattern (Brief, Understand, Inspect, Lay out, Deliver) and why three human gates matter more than two AI steps
The Morning Plan — my gateway-drug coworker, demoed live
The orchestrated sales day — five jobs handing work to each other while I'm on calls
The AI CMO and PPC KPI Tracker — how marketing and ad spend run through the same pattern
Why most AI rollouts aren't sticking, and what to do about it Monday morning
This is for the business user, the ops lead, the sales lead, the marketing person who's been told AI is going to change everything but hasn't seen it actually do anything yet.
