Most M365 tenants turned Copilot on a while back. The governance didn't keep up.

  • June 30: Microsoft's FY26 closes, the last clean window for FY-end pricing and CSP moves.
  • July 1: M365 list prices rise. Renew before this date to lock today's rate for the full term.
  • August 2: EU AI Act enforcement begins for anyone deploying AI in EU markets.
