03Azure Landing Zone Review
Management groups, subscriptions, hub-and-spoke network topology, hybrid connectivity, and system placement: designed new, or your existing landing zone reviewed against the Azure Landing Zone reference architecture with enhancements recommended.
04Governance Recommendations
Identity and access, Azure Policy, security posture, HA / BC / DR, monitoring, and cost controls, checked against the five Well-Architected pillars.

01 · MORNING
Discover
Your migration goals and what is driving them: cost, risk, contract or lease exits, AI readiness. The current estate surfaces: data centers, AWS or GCP, servers, VMware, apps, databases and data, plus the dependencies and hidden costs between them.
02 · LATE MORNING
Rationalize
Each candidate workload gets a disposition. Lift and shift to VMs or Azure VMware Solution, containerize on AKS, or move to PaaS such as App Service and Azure SQL. New apps and data ecosystems are shaped cloud-first. The first wave emerges.
03 · EARLY AFTERNOON
Design
The Azure landing zone, designed new or reviewed and enhanced if you already have one: management group and subscription hierarchy, hub-and-spoke or Virtual WAN network, ExpressRoute or VPN connectivity, and where each system topology lands.
04 · MID AFTERNOON
Govern
The controls the platform must meet from day one: Entra ID identity and RBAC, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, availability zones with Backup and Site Recovery for HA / BC / DR, Azure Monitor, and cost guardrails.
05 · LATE AFTERNOON
Act
Migration waves sequenced, the roadmap agreed in the room with owners named, indicative costs and Microsoft funding lined up, and the next step booked: an Azure Migrate assessment or a Migration Hub Accelerator.
